We are thrilled to announce a collaboration between Rock The Boat Film Festival (Australia) and Yellowstone International Film Festival (India).
For 2026, each festival will select three short films (under 13 minutes) for screening at both events, providing filmmakers a unique opportunity to participate in this International Short Film Exchange.
Submissions will be reviewed by each festival through a collaborative process, ensuring a diverse and thoughtful selection for the exchange. When submitting to Rock The Boat Film Festival, you'll have the option to express interest in being part of this by telling us what this opportunity would mean to you.
Australian-based filmmakers are eligible to submit to Rock The Boat Film Festival if their project was filmed exclusively in Western Australia and meets the festival and category criteria.
Films must be under 13 minutes. When submitting via FilmFreeway, you will have the option to express your interest in the International Short Film Exchange and tell us what this opportunity would mean to you.
